Dusk at Lake Minnewanka

Sunset comes late at the height of summer; I found it light enough to read by even at 11pm (or 2300h, as they refer to it locally). Dusk turned out to be an ideal time for exploring the park and for taking pictures -- not only because wildlife emerged in abundance but because most visitors were preparing for bed, leaving me to savor the solitude of spectacular scenes like this one.
